In from out of town and visited based on the recommendations of other reviews here. Really cool shop and friendly, helpful owner. Looking forward to bringing these treats to a client! Also, if you're like me and not familiar with the area, note that the store is downstairs in an office plaza mall.

In 2019, What kind of business doesn’t take a bank card??? I was very excited to have some cookies. I did not know this was a cash only business. Extremely disappointed. ☹️☹️

1st visit today, wow, what a nice find. I tried 4 different cookies, actually really liked the basic short-bread the best. The owner gal was cool & funny and was explaining how she is continuing the tradition of the business from her late Aunt (I read the newspaper piece framed on the wall).

The cookies are fantastic! I had delicious Pecan cookies, the 3/$2 deal. So happy that we found Santa Fe Cookies while searching for a place to have lunch. It's a bit hidden, but in a business location convenient for professionals working in the area. There were people walking in and out of the store. Pretty sure they were regulars, because they already knew the process. The concept is great. It's totally based on the honor system. It's wonderful. I have no doubt that most people can be trusted, but I'm personally a bit skeptical. After reading the article on the wall, I learned about the beautiful story of Debbie, and spoke briefly with her niece who has taken over the business. She was busy baking, but stopped to chat for a bit. If I lived in the area, I'd totally be a regular. I do love cookies! oh yes......BRING CASH!!!!
